MRIWA offers five 2027 PhD awards for minerals research benefiting Western Australia, including two awards reserved for women. The full award pays an AUD 45,381 annual stipend plus AUD 6,483 annual research/travel allowance; holders of another scholarship may receive a top-up instead.
