Delete your Prime Scholarship Alerts account
You can permanently delete your account and associated account data even if the mobile app has been uninstalled or cannot be opened.
What deletion removes
- Your Prime Scholarship Alerts account and authentication tokens.
- Saved scholarship links, alert subscriptions, profile matching data, and uploaded CV file where present.
- Application preparation drafts, web-push subscriptions, and account-linked activity records.
Delete through the website
- Sign in with the same email and password used for your account.
- Review the permanent-deletion warning.
- Enter your password again and confirm deletion.
The Android and iOS apps also provide an in-app deletion option after sign-in. If you cannot access your account, use the contact page for assistance.
