The Higher Education Loans and Scholarships Board (HELSB) has circulated the UniMAIWP International Scholarship Programme 2026 for suitably qualified Zambian students wishing to pursue higher education at MAIWP International University in Malaysia.
The programme has two award categories. The Full Scholarship covers selected educational and student-related expenses for academically outstanding applicants from financially disadvantaged backgrounds. The 30% Tuition Fee Scholarship provides a 30% reduction in tuition fees for eligible international students enrolled in selected UniMAIWP programmes.
The full-scholarship category is available for undergraduate, master's and doctoral programmes. The 30% tuition-fee category is available for foundation, undergraduate, master's and doctoral programmes.
Priority areas highlighted for Zambian applicants include science, technology, engineering and mathematics; information and communication technology; engineering; health sciences; agriculture and food security; education; business and management; and other strategic fields that contribute to Zambia's socio-economic development.

This HELSB circulation is directed to suitably qualified Zambian students. Meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee admission or a scholarship; selection rests with UniMAIWP.
