State Super offers fixed 2027 ESG research awards for eligible students at NSW universities: A$16,000 for master’s or honours study and A$36,000 for PhD study. This is partial funding, not a full tuition-and-living package. Applications close 4 December 2026.
The State Super ESG for Impact Scholarship supports research on environmental, social and governance issues, responsible investment, public-sector employees and retirement, pensions or superannuation. Research may address emissions, climate risk, human rights, fair wages, privacy, governance, net-zero analytics and related topics. State Super lists A$16,000 awards for master’s/honours students and A$36,000 awards for PhD students.
