The ifk Junior Fellowships are intended for young Austrian academics doing their dissertations as well as for non-Austrian doctoral students who are supervised at an Austrian university.The dissertation project must be an interdisciplinary undertaking in the humanities and social sciences or art that draws on issues and methods from cultural studies.Research projects may, but are not required to, relate to the current ifk research focus.A successful application will allow students to participate in the ifk study abroad scholarship program scheduled for the following academic year. Receipt of the scholarship is contingent upon attendance at the ifk; recipients may not engage in more than minor outside work while receiving the scholarship.Further information
