The aim of the EurAsia Young Scholars Award for Research in East and Southeast Asia (Alpha+)is to enable younger scholars to gain significant personal experience in East and Southeast Asian countries in dialogue with local colleagues and institutions. The thematic focus should be on the application of digital tools and methods to the study of cultural heritage, including topics of economic and social relevance.Eligibility:Doctoral students, researchers at the postdoctoral level at any academic institution in Austria (max. 8 years after completion of the doctorate, not counting parental or other forms of leave).The stay in the country should be no less than two weeks.
